Refund policy

At Kitleen Closet, your satisfaction matters to us. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order meets one of the conditions below.

Eligible Returns/Exchanges

We only accept a return or exchange if:

• The item is faulty (manufacturing defect).

• The item is damaged on arrival.

• An incomplete or wrong item is delivered.

Important Information

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Photo or video proof of the issue is required.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

• Returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or wrong size are not accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

• If approved, we will either:

• Send you a replacement item at no extra cost, or

• Provide a refund to your original payment method.
